Legacy Trees

My Legacy Trees are a unique take on the idea of a family tree. Richly layered backgrounds using such objects as personal notes, images, and/or letters create a personal backdrop for your family's tree. The tree itself is created by hand with collage materials and holds special family names and descriptive words. I work closely with every client customizing each painting using favorite colors, words, objects, quotes and/or verses.

God's Creation

Watercolor

Before I was introduced to mixed media, my medium of choice was watercolor. I even studied it in college. I've always loved the soft, tranquil nature of the paint and the way it loves to move in its own way and do its own thing! I still love to pull out my watercolors and create with them often!
