Summer is here!! As much as I love my job, the summer is a welcome break from the hectic schedule of teaching. Along with appointments and an ever growing To Do list of projects around the house, I’m trying to make time for a few of my favorite things!
One of the best things about summer is having time to read!! I love books and try to read throughout the year but never can tackle as many books as I can now. I try to have reading time with the kids everyday and we visit the library often. Here is my current stack!!
A few fiction, some classroom management and the always needed teenager wisdom!
The other thing I’m trying to do is spend some good time in my Studio. I’m catching up on some online art classes and painting as much as I can. Here are a few pieces I made for some special co-workers.
